What better way to start off this assessment of your nonprofit woes than by answering a few questions and providing a scoring.  For the over-achievers, perfectionists, type A’s, and those driven personalities out there be prepared.  Perfect scores seldom exist, at least in reality.  Oh, sure we may build that façade for our boards, communities, and donors but there’s normally a weakness in the infrastructure somewhere.
